Faça um teste de velocidade "TESTAR VELOCIDAD", se sua internete estiver lenta, você poderá abrir um "CHAMADO" direto pelo APP MEGA BANDA LARGA.

Surgiu um imprevisto horas antes da visita? Não tem problema! Além de consultar as Visitas já agendadas, você pode remarcá-las ou cancelá-las de onde estiver, para isso BASTA entrar na funçao "CHAT".

In the MEGA BROADBAND app you can view the payment status of your invoices, and issue the barcode to pay them at any time. You can also generate and share the duplicate (PDF) of your invoice.

SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL VISIT

Do a "TEST SPEED" speed test, if your internet is slow, you can open a "CALL" straight through the MEGA WIDE BAND APP.

Did an unexpected occur hours before the visit? No problem! In addition to checking the visits already scheduled, you can reschedule or cancel them from anywhere, just enter the "CHAT" function.
